Observing the facial complexions and understanding the pulses are the pillars of diagnosis in Chinese medicine.

In the words of my teacher – „a proper pulse diagnosis can tell us everything we need to know about the past, present and future of our patient.“

Constitutional pulse diagnosis focuses not only on the disease, but on who is the patient? What is their unique experience of reality? How does this unique experience affect the mind and the body – manifesting as the signs and symptoms of disease?

Choosing a treatment strategy and selecting points which not only cure the symptoms, but address the deeper reasons for the creation of disease, enables a transformational process – a true process of healing and personal development.

This seminar will focus on traditional pulse diagnosis according to the Five Phases. Participants will learn to recognize constitutional imbalances in their patients – the roots of disease – and incorporate this knowledge into strategies that will enhance the effectivity of treatment.

* Due to the highly practical „hands-on“ nature of this teaching, the seminar is limited to 25 participants.

Prerequisites for participants: Basic training in TCM
The course language is English.

Rani Ayal has been practising and teaching Chinese Medicine for over 30 years. After an introduction to Shiatsu and meridian style acupuncture in Japan, he returned to Israel to complete his studies in TCM acupuncture and herbal therapy, Shiatsu, Qi Gong and Chinese nutritional therapy.
